Membership Information

Membership in the Downtown Vegas Alliance comes with a variety of benefits that help businesses connect and grow as we all work together to support the downtown area. 

DRIVE THE FUTURE OF DOWNTOWN – DVA members can join others who share their commitment and passion for improving our downtown community by serving on a committee (all members) or as a board member (Voting and Steering). 

CONNECT WITH CITY LEADERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS – DVA members are offered the chance to meet key downtown stakeholders at membership mixers held throughout the year. Voting and Steering members also have the added benefit of showcasing their expertise as speakers and presenters at certain events and are invited to exclusive meetings and discussions with city and community leaders. 

BE INSPIRED BY OUR EVENTS AND PROGRAMS

DVA members are invited to attend our Successes & Insights events as well as other events that highlight key initiatives. Voting and Steering members also have the added benefit of sharing their expertise at certain events. 

PROMOTE YOUR BUSINESS ON OUR WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA – DVA members are listed on the Downtown.Vegas website. We also highlight DVA members on all our social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. 

GET THE INSIDE SCOOP – DVA members are kept up to date on all that is happening in our downtown community including messaging and news stories from members, partners, the city of Las Vegas and other downtown stakeholders. 

As a member of the Downtown Vegas Alliance, you will join businesses, large and small, who are helping to shape the future of downtown Las Vegas by connecting and creating a community dedicated to driving growth and economic development. 

Membership is open to property owners, businesses, nonprofits, local governments, and public agencies that are active in downtown, along with stakeholders from across the region who demonstrate a commitment to improving downtown Las Vegas’ economic vitality and vibrancy. 

We offer a variety of membership levels geared to businesses of all sizes – from the large corporation to small entrepreneur. Each level is unique in its benefits and provides meaningful opportunities to connect and make an impact on your business and your community. 

COMMUNITY ($750/year)
Community membership is an excellent choice for downtown small businesses and entrepreneurs. This level of membership provides access to the DVA and its diverse stakeholders, connections that can be difficult for busy operators to achieve on their own. Community members may serve on the DVA Board and are invited to the DVA’s Successes & Insights events, virtual events, and membership mixers. Community members are also included on our member listing on the Downtown.Vegas website and promoted through our social media channels. Ask about non-profit rates. 

VOTING ($2,000/year)
Voting members receive all the benefits of community level membership plus: eligibility to serve on the board executive committee and as committee chairs; opportunity to be the featured host and/or presenter for DVA in-person and virtual events; priority consideration for DVA media opportunities; and voting privileges for all strategic initiatives, administrative changes, and board member elections. 

STEERING ($7,500/year)
Typically larger downtown businesses, Steering Committee members participate in the strategic planning process and help guide the overall direction of the organization. All Steering Committee members receive community and voting level benefits plus co-sponsorship privileges at all Downtown Vegas Alliance events and prominent placement on the DVA website. Steering Committee members are included in exclusive DVA special meetings with city leaders and board members throughout the year.
